Bill & Christine Isaac
Bill is Chairman of Sarasota Private Trust Company. He is also a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Bill is a Sarasotan and brings substantial experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Bill founded The Secura Group, a leading financial institutions consulting firm, in 1986. Secura was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2011. Mr. Isaac headed the FDIC during the banking crisis of the 1980s, serving under Presidents Carter and Reagan from 1978 through 1985. He was appointed Chairman of the FDIC by President Reagan at the age of 34, making him the youngest FDIC Chairman in history.
Ray & Jeanne Conrad
Ray is past CEO & Chairman of General Information Services (GIS). The Conrad’s purchased GIS from Policy Management Systems in 1996, and grew it into one of the largest global background check companies in the world. The Conrad’s are owners of The Club at Arrowcreek in Reno, Nevada.
Ned & Mickey Davis
Ned formed Ned Davis Research, Inc. in 1980. NDR has been providing the world’s leading investment management firms with objective, historical research for more than 38 years. Mr. Davis has been widely recognized for his clear concise commentary and unbiased views that offer investors uncommon insight into the factors that are driving financial markets.
Dean & Lizzie Hautamaki
Dr. Hautamaki is the founding partner of Premier Physicians of Sarasota providing internal medicine/pulmonary and critical care medical services. The Hautamaki’s are native Sarasotans and have been successful real estate and biotechnology investors. Dr. Hautamaki serves on the Board of Directors for WaferGen Bio-Systems, Fibralign Corporation, First Wave Technologies and serves on the President’s Council at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
Dave & Stephanie Williams
Dave served as portfolio manager of US Trust’s Excelsior Value & Restructuring fund from 1992 to 2008; the fund was ranked among the top performing value funds during his tenure. Prior to that he was Chief Investment Officer of Horizon Trust Company of New Jersey and a portfolio manager at T. Rowe Price. Dave holds an BA from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He served as a US Navy helicopter pilot and retired as a Commander of the US Navy reserves. Dave and his wife Stephanie are residents of Boca Grande, Florida
Skip & Gail Sack
Skip is a past Chairman of the National Restaurant Association as well as former franchisee, Executive Vice President and Board Member of Applebee’s. He is currently Chairman of Classic Restaurant Concepts and a private investor in over 50 start-up companies while serving on the boards of five of them.
John V. Rindlaub
John Rindlaub is both a shareholder and Senior Advisor of Sarasota Private Trust Company. Mr. Rindlaub has over 50 years of financial services experience, having held leadership roles at multiple nationally recognized institutions. Prior to joining Sarasota Private Trust, Mr. Rindlaub held titles of Senior Managing Director at East West Bank, Asia Pacific Regional President for Wells Fargo & Company, and Regional President of Northwest Division for Bank of America.
Mr. Rindlaub is the past Federal Reserve Director of the 12th district. He has also served on the Board and Executive Committee for Shanghai Commercial Bank and is past Chair of the Washington Roundtable. Mr. Rindlaub served in the United States Navy Reserve during the Vietnam War. Mr. Rindlaub holds an AP degree in Economics from Bucknell University. In his free time, Mr. Rindlaub enjoys videography, golf, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
